Charming small pavilion located in Céroux-Mousty, in the heart of the Brabant Walloon region, close to the village square lined with centuries-old linden trees, known for its hot air balloon launches. The property enjoys a peaceful natural setting, with numerous walking routes starting directly from the house, across the countryside of the Moriensart plateau, offering views of the Lion’s Mound of Waterloo on clear days.

The pavilion features a private entrance with a key box and a small private garden.

The area is easy to explore on foot, by bicycle or by car. Numerous walking and hiking paths are accessible directly from the pavilion.
