1. Purpose and booking
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and stay at Le Pavillon – Guesthouse.
A reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received via the website.
Any reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Accommodation capacity
The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 2 guests, with the possibility of accommodating a baby.
Any undeclared additional guest may result in immediate cancellation of the stay, without refund.
3. Security deposit
A security deposit of €200 is required for all direct bookings.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer before arrival to the following account:
- IBAN: BE30 9502 0044 8411
- Reference: Deposit – Guest name – Dates of stay
The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after departure, provided no damage or breach of house rules has been noted.
Failure to pay the security deposit no later than 48 hours before arrival will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation, with no refund.
4. Cancellation policy
Guests benefit from a 24-hour cancellation period, during which they may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund , up to 24 hours after confirmation, provided the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before arrival, according to the property’s local time zone.
Any security deposit paid will be fully refunded to the guest in the event of a cancellation eligible for a refund, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in: between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm
- Check-out: no later than 11:00 am
Any arrival outside these hours must be agreed in advance.
6. House rules
Non-smoking accommodation
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning charges.
Pets
Pets are not allowed, in order to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Peace and quiet
Le Pavillon is located in a quiet residential area.
Guests are required to respect the neighbourhood, particularly between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Use of the accommodation
Parties, events, commercial activities, and professional photography or filming are not permitted.
The accommodation is intended exclusively for short-term tourist stays.
7. Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the stay.
The owner cannot be held liable for loss, theft, damage, or service interruptions beyond their control (water, electricity, internet).
8. Condition of the accommodation
The accommodation must be returned in a clean and reasonable condition.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
9. Departure instructions
At the end of the stay, guests are kindly asked to:
- Gather used towels
- Wash and put away dishes
- Sort waste according to local guidelines
- Turn off lights and close windows
- Lock the house and return the key to the designated key box
These simple steps help us welcome future guests in the best possible conditions.
10. Personal data
Personal data collected is used solely for booking management purposes and is never shared with third parties.
11. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
